A 30 second AI commercial goes through the same stages as a filmed one: brief, script, design, production, edit and finish. The difference is that production happens in AI models instead of on set, which is why it takes days rather than weeks.
1. Brief and idea
Fifteen minutes on a call: what the product is, who buys it, where the ad will run and what it needs to achieve. We come back with one or two ideas written as a short script.
2. References and look
We build reference sheets for every character, product and location, plus a mood frame for light and colour. This is what keeps the same face and the same pack shot consistent across every cut.
3. Shot generation
Each shot is generated separately with the best model for the job, from text or from a reference image, then checked against the script. Shots that drift are regenerated or fixed, never just accepted.
4. Edit, motion and sound
The shots are cut together in Premiere Pro and finished in After Effects: product details and logos rebuilt cleanly, type animated, sound design and music laid in, and a voiceover in English or Bangla if the ad needs one.
5. Grade and versions
A colour grade pulls everything onto one palette. Then the 30 second master is cut down into 15 second, 6 second and 9:16 versions for social.
6. Review and delivery
You review every cut, with two revision rounds included. The final files are yours, along with a short note saying what was generated and which tools were used. You can see spots made this way, like Lemon ICE, on our work page.
